Moorish Architectural Design ships throughout the United States using reputable carriers, including LTL freight providers, UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Please note that all production and shipping timelines are estimates and may be subject to delays.
As our products are individually handcrafted and made to order, each item undergoes multiple stages of artisanal production. While we strive to meet projected timelines, delays may occur due to seasonal demand, holidays, production complexities, custom order requirements, or other factors beyond our control.
Estimated delivery dates are approximate and not guaranteed. Moorish Architectural Design shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to strikes, war, embargoes, governmental actions, natural disasters, severe weather, transportation disruptions, customs inspections, or national and religious holidays.
Upon delivery, the purchaser (or their representative) is responsible for inspecting the shipment for accuracy, including quantity, quality, color, and condition.
Any visible damage must be clearly noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Moorish Architectural Design must be notified immediately.
All freight damage claims must be submitted in writing to both the delivery carrier and Moorish Architectural Design within five (5) days of receipt. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in denial of the claim.
Moorish Architectural Design assumes no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to project delays, labor costs, loss of use, or other related expenses resulting from delivery delays, timing variations, or delivery errors.
