All Sales are Final: All sales at Moorish Architectural Design are considered final, and we do not offer refunds or accept returns for any reason other than the product being damaged upon arrival. We encourage our customers to carefully review their orders and purchase samples before finalizing full orders. Please make sure to inspect your order as soon as you receive it. In case there are damages, please make a claim immediately with the delivery driver and take as much as evidences and have the delivery driver sign the claim immediately before he leaves your premises otherwise Moorish Architectural Design will not be not responsible for replacing the damaged products.

Shipping: While we aim to give accurate shipping timelines and updates, we cannot guarantee that deliveries will be always made exactly on time. Through our use of independent delivery services we aim to meet delivery standards, but we are not liable for any late shipments.

Cancellation Policy: At Moorish Architectural Design, we pride ourselves in getting products to customers as quickly as possible. We are able to provide such a service by promptly processing orders internally, and quickly sending them out for shipping. Consequently, cancellation of orders is not possible once they have been placed, as they may have already been processed, packed, and/or shipped. Once order confirmation is received, cancellation is not possible.
