Our Promise to You

Every tile that leaves our atelier in Fez has been shaped, glazed, and fired by hand. We ask that you review the following policies so your experience — from first selection through to installation — is everything it deserves to be.

Because each tile is handcrafted and made to order specifically for your project, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds — with the sole exception of products that arrive damaged in transit.

We craft in small batches to preserve the integrity and natural variation that distinguish authentic zellige from mass-produced alternatives. Every order is unique and cannot be restocked or resold.

Our recommendation: Request samples before finalising your order. Our sample program allows you to experience the weight, luminosity, and variation of each tile in your actual space — something no photograph can fully convey.

We pack every shipment with extraordinary care, but freight handling can be unpredictable. Please inspect all boxes immediately upon delivery — before the driver departs your property. Claims filed after the driver has left cannot be honored.

File your claim immediately — while the delivery driver is still present at your property. Do not wait.

Photograph all damage in full: outer packaging, inner wrapping, and every affected tile, front and back.

Obtain the driver's signature on the damage claim before they leave. This signature is required to process any replacement.

We provide detailed shipping estimates with every confirmed order and work diligently to meet them. Because we partner with independent freight carriers for large consignments, we are unable to guarantee exact delivery dates and are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.

You will receive tracking updates at every stage of your shipment's journey. For time-sensitive projects, we encourage you to discuss your scheduling requirements with our team before placing your order.

To honour the craft and minimise lead times, our artisans in Fez begin production immediately upon receipt of each confirmed order. By the time your confirmation arrives, your tiles may already be in production, fired, or packed for shipment.

For this reason, we are unable to accept cancellations for any reason once an order has been placed and confirmed.
