All products sold by Moorish Architectural Design are custom, artisan-made to order and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable. All sales are final.
Clients are solely responsible for verifying all order specifications, including quantity, dimensions, color, and design, prior to confirming a purchase. We strongly recommend ordering samples before placing a full order.
Upon delivery, the client (or their representative) is required to inspect all goods immediately. Any visible damage must be noted at the time of delivery directly on the carrier’s delivery receipt. A formal claim must be filed with the carrier, supported by clear photographic evidence, and signed by the delivery driver before departure.
Moorish Architectural Design shall not be held liable for damages that are not properly documented and reported at the time of delivery. Failure to comply with these procedures constitutes acceptance of the goods in satisfactory condition and releases Moorish Architectural Design from any obligation to replace or compensate for damaged items.
